tl->vg: Easy to fix.
In dictionaries/fr_FR/makefile.mk (rev. 1.6) just change the lines
$(EXTENSIONDIR)$/LICENCES-fr.txt \
$(EXTENSIONDIR)$/LICENSES-en.txt \
$(EXTENSIONDIR)$/README_fr_FR.txt
to
$(EXTENSIONDIR)$/LICENCES-fr.txt \
$(EXTENSIONDIR)$/LICENSES-en.txt
