------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Aug 20 23:19:40 +0000 2008 ------- I deliberately repeated the error by opening an existing document, making changes, then waiting for several minutes (I had set the AutoRecover to 3 minutes) then hard restarting my computer. The AutoRecover launched, said it had recovered the document, then said I could open the crash analysis tool.
