The file VERSION in the module directory dictionaries/de_DE/ reads the version
string "20051213" what differs from the header in the de_DE.dic file:
Release: 20071211
Furthermore the de_*-dictionary directories are the only ones that contain a
VERSION file and the others do not. So I suggest to either create a VERSION
file for the other languages with the _correct_ version string or remove the
ones present.
