Issue with PowerPoint (97-2003) files in OOo 3.0 (beta 2)

OOo3 seems to open .PPT files fine, but I have noticed some issues when editing:

- Open file (ok)
- Leave file in PPT format (ok)
- Select a slide (from left-hand-side thumbnails)
- Paste in a copy of the slide (seems to work)

BUT - the copy is *sometimes* un-editable - I can click on it, press Enter, do
whatever I like - and

it doesn't respond. Alternatively, the slide may appear editable but cannot be
deleted from the

presentation (as happens when I copy a slide in the attached PPT
presentations).

When viewing a PPT file, nothing at all may be displayed (see attached, which
both display a white screen).

I'm filing as a single issue as they may be related.
