hunspell is not only for hungarian. It's a further developed myspell (yes,
originally with hungarian in mind, thus the name).
I don't believe you want to disable spellchecking in OOo at all, 8and even if
you wanted, I don't think that this wouldn't make any sense to implement so I am
closing this as WONTFIX)
