This is an old well known (but I didn't find a duplicate) display difference
between HTML:
- loaded over the Open dialog
- reloaded
- loaded over Recent documents
- loaded from the command line
We need to specify and fix this behavior -> ENHANCEMENT.
But I don't think this has a chance to happen for we have no resources for
Writer/Web
