I tested it in German OOo2.4.1 on WinXP and it works for me so far, that I can
set spacing for a single column or for a single row. How do you set spacing to
contents of the second cell to 0? I mark the second column and then call the
table properties and there I set the spacing. The text in all cells in that
column aligns to top.
