------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Sep 1 09:49:42 +0000 2008 ------- Unless I'm missing something, http://support.openoffice.org/index.html neither mentions nor refers to the issue tracker. IMO, a major omission. For me, at least, as an occasional (not regular) user, I do expect to find my way easily to the tracker, but more often than not I spend unnecessary time searching for it. As http://www.openoffice.org/issues/ redirects to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/project_issues.html 'About Issues' a.k.a. 'overview' a.k.a. qa: Bugs & Issues Explained so I suggest that the support index should refer to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/project_issues.html and maybe describe it as the 'Issue tracker' or 'Issue tracker overview'.
