i do not wanted to annoy you, but as we have very limited manpower and time, we
rather do not want to spent it on already fixed, not more reproducable etc.
issues .. also reinstalling a newer version can fix single problems if the
office was corrupted ..
p.s. it is ok to attach not confidential data (docs) on issues
