------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Sep 2 03:10:33 +0000 2008 ------- If you install a LOCALIZED version of OpenOffice.org YOU DON'T GET the en-US user interface(UI) included, and sometimes one needs to switch to it, such as when one needs to write an error report or needs to make searches on the internet on some issue and can't find what one's looking for in the native language. . The problem is that you CAN'T just simply add the en-US LANGUAGE PACK, because THERE IS NONE! Checkout http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/ Download_OpenOffice.org_LanguagePacks . As of now, the ONLY way to get both the localized AND the en-US UI is to first install the en-US PROGRAM VERSION and then add the LOCALIZED LANGUAGE PACK. . I'm setting this as P1 because this situation is SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE and it should be EASY ENOUGH TO FIX. It's not problem solving just STANDARD PROCEDURE but for en-US. .
