When a writer document containing an OLE link to a draw file is being edited,
then opening the underlying draw file results in a "read-only" edit window.

XP, win2000. Machines loaded with OO and cygwin (but not much else?)

OO 3.0.0 dev m4 does not seem have this problem. I can't find the issue which
addressed this. Therefore, there may be no regression targeting this.

I submit it as my first bug to learn the process, and to help future 2.X
releases.

Reproduce by:

1) Use start button to run draw.
   Add 1" square.
   Save file as "rect.odg".
   Exit.

2) Use start button to run writer.
   insert/object/ole object,
     click "create from file",
     click "link to file"
     click "search"
     select "rect.odg"
     open
     ok
   save file as "rect.odt"
   Exit.

3) Use start button to run writer.
   file/open of "rect.odt"
click "yes" to "update all links" dialog box
In that writer window, file/open of "rect.odg"

note that draw window opens up on the drawing file in "(read-only)" mode. This
is an error.

It prevents updating the draw file without first exiting writer.

note that opening the draw file first, then the writer file, makes both edits
writable.
