When users have a Windows system running with native Service Tag Client < 1.1.3 installed, the OpenOffice.org registration process fails to launch the registration process and open a browser. The root cause is an exception we run into with clients older than 1.1.3 release. Service Tag Clients 1.1.3 or newer are not affected.
