I opened "buddy02.svg" with "2.4.1 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[680m17(Build9310)]" DRAW, exported to PDF and did not see anything unusual. MY
PDF-Settings: jpeg 85% 300dpi, no "General" option checked.

Pls read my comments in Issue 93418, explain what "Place the SVG into document"
means (step by step instruction ...!) and contribute information concerning your
PDF settings.
What Linux distribution / Version do you use? OOo from what source?
