2008 -------
I went through the same process that bgarita did and was unsuccessful in
replicating the bug. I tried an empty slide at first, then just text, then text
and a graph in all different configurations and sizes of the graph.  After
manually testing all of the transitions I tested with different sounds and
nothing seemed to cause the bug. I also tried the transitions with hardware
acceleration enabled and disabled. Specifications of my computer are as follows.
Saving the document made no difference either. Neither did removing the task
pane and then putting it back up.
