1.0.4 is not recommended for DEV300 builds (though I'm surprised to hear it
crashing).
http://qa-upload.services.openoffice.org/SRB now contains a version 1.0.9.9345,
which has been taken from a DEV300m30 build.
As for this issue here, I close it as WONTFIX, as in fact all versions prior to
the (not-yet-existent) 1.1 are not expected to work with OOo 3.1.
