I don't think that we should do that. We can't assume that everybody is able to
find the extension so probably many users won't have any dictionary. OTOH it is
a good guess that people who are clever enough to find the new dictionary
extension will be able to deinstall the bundled one.
A much better choice would be to replace the bundled one in the installation set
by the new one once it is available. If the new dictionary has a free licence it
will be quite easy to do so.
