SBA: In OOo_Beta2 (Build BEB300_m3), i can reproduce the problem of a broken
en_US dictionary. Setting the text to en_UK worked in that version.
This was a build problem of the new dictionary extensions. With issue 90975, it
was made possible that one extension can "serve" severals locales (in that very
case: En_US, UK, ZA).
This worked well in the CWS I saw, but after integrateion into master, the
master build process was not adapted for this at first. As a result, some builds
(including OOo Beta2) included a broken dictionary extension for English.

That resulted in all en_US text being marked incorrect.

The problem is not reporducible in later builds (OOO300_m3, M4 and OOo 3.0 RC1:=
OOO300_m5).
Set to Fixed.
