The Quickstarter process do 100% usage of one processor/core,
AFTER the opening of a document (e.g. in Writer).
It keeps processor high usage after closing the document.

Test config:
   Windows Vista SP1, Pentium D
   Windows XP SP3 (32 bit), AMD Turion64

Tested versions: OO 3.0.0: Beta1, Beta2, RC1
(Please forgive me reporting it so late)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install OO,
open Writer to finish installation (license,...)
2. Open Properties and configure usage of Quickstarter,
3. Close Writer -> Quickstarter is active
On my machines the behavior is normal up to here.
4. Open any OO document (e.g. ODT),
-> Quickstarter process starts high processor utilization
(100% on single core, 50% on dual core CPU).
Sometimes it starts after a few seconds,
e.g. after scrolling in the document.
5. Close Writer -> Quickstarter keeps with high CPU usage.

Reproducable at any start.

Best regards, Nico.
