This problem occurs both in Calc and Writer - possibly other modules too. Problem is not reproducible, occurs randomly, cannot be provoked. I have only seen this problem in OpenOffice.org 2.4.1, never in earlier levels (back to StarOffice 5.2 days). What happens is that when a Calc/Writer document is opened (either an existing one or a new document) the Paste icon in the Standard bar is greyed out thus preventing the paste operation. My attachment is a screen dump of such an occurence.
