------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Sep 9 10:53:55 +0000 2008 ------- With the implementation done for issue 49133, we allowed (read: will allow, in OOo 3.1) the user to store macros and scripts inside a database document. However, versions older than 3.1 are not able to use those macros. For 2.4, nothing could be implemented anymore to carefully handle such documents. For 3.0, we already implemented that such documents, when opened, preserve the embedded macros and scripts, *and* that the user cannot create new macros/scripts inside the sub documents (read: forms/reports) of the database document. However, the 3.0 behavior as described above is completely silent. We should warn the user in some way. The best solution probably is to re-use the dialog which is also employed by the other applications when they encounter a document which was written by a later OOo version (saying something like "this document was written with a later version, do you want to upgrade?"). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
