@doughywilson, to things:
- If this happens in a 2.4.1 but not in a 3.0 we won't fix it back to 2.4.1.
- If this only happens in an Ubuntu build (or any other distro-build) we
wouldn't fix it even in a current version because it's a bug for which the
distros are responsible.
I think now we can close as WORKSFORME.
