I have submitted a standalone issue for the one of the mentioned in the second
scenario problem. It should not be possible to switch a readonly document to
shared mode ( issue 93771 ).

Other problems described by the scenario that have to be fixed:
- If user opens a shared document for which he has no writing permissions, the
document should be opened just in readonly mode
- If user opens a shared document and sharing file is not writable, the opening
in shared mode should fail and the document should be opened in readonly mode
- If something goes wrong on saving while the document is already in shared
mode, a general IO-error should be shown for the unknown case and the document
should be marked as modified back

They seem to be related to each other, so I did not open new issue for them.
