Today an enduser can embedd other copyrighted objects like pictures, sound and copied text extracts. In these cases there is the endusers obligation to be observant and make the right steps to follow his local copyright laws. I can't see any differens or other problems embedding fonts with several types of enduser licens agreements than embedding other copyrighted objects.
