AFAIK:
* the bug is in ZopeEditManager, not in OpenOffice.org.
A double-click on the file's listing in ZopeEditManager:
* asks the user whether they have finished with the (temporary) file
then if the user single-clicks a button to confirm:
* not only is the file deleted
* AFAIK the file is almost simultaneously opened.
AFAIR this was mentioned to the developer, long ago.
