reopening, two problems, exemplary with a dBase DBDoc
- when the file-URL cannot be made relative (say, your have a c:\temp\foo.odb
which
refers to the folder d:\temp), then upon loading the document, there is an
assertion
"assertion failed" from urlobj.cxx
- when the file-URL can be made relative (say, you have a c:\temp\foo.odb, which
refers to the folder c:\temp), then in the Edit/Database/Properties dialog,
the URL is still displayed relatively (i.e. "../temp") - it should be made
absolute there.
