can reproduce with 2.4.1, OOO300.m6 (the to-be-3.0) and in CWS dba31b/dba31c
(which are the most recent DBA development towards 3.1).
Adding two tables to the relation design adds them with the wrong window title
(<table_name> instead of <schema_name>.<table_name>), which seems to be the root
cause: Though creating a relationship between those two tables succeeds,
*displaying* it seems to be confused by the wrong table names.
Thus, if you save the relation design before exiting it, then the table names
will also be saved, thus upon next open, they will re-appear with the wrong
name, thus the relationship is not shown.
If you, however, do *not* save the relation design before exiting it, then the
wrong table names will not be stored. So, upon next open, the table windows will
be inserted automatically (since a relationship was discovered between them).
This time, they will have the proper name, and thus the relationship is shown.
Confirming, assigning, targeting (to 3.1, because MySQL is affected)
