Please also note that I started a discussion on writing the specification for that issue, but almost nobody replied to my post. At the same time, it seems that people do not even fully test the competitive programs to detect what the competition actually does. Inserting an empty row (a new row) should be pretty trivial, but inserting/moving another row is slightly more complex.
