- open the attached database document
- open the contained report for editing
- (work around issue 94114 by resetting the "Content type" property
of the chart to "SQL command". Make sure the "Content" property
is set to its original value - it is reset automatically when SQL
  command changed)
- execute the report
=> 4 parameter dialogs pop up, asking for the parameters for the 4
   chart instances.
This is actually wrong. The chart is set up to take its data from
the current detail section (in particular, the chart shall be based
on the data which is described by the current month in the report).

The linking of the chart is done via its master/detail fields
properties. To see that those are correctly entered, compare with the
form in the same database document: It has the very same setup of a
master and a detail form, where the master form is bound to the same
table as the report, and the detail form is bound to the same SQL
command as chart. Also, the master/detail fields of the sub form are the
same as the ones of the chart. Nonetheless, this setup only works for
forms, not for charts.
