Correct me if I'm wrong, but "globalized PPD" files are something CUPS seems to
have invented. The PPD spec specifically states that for multiple languages
there will be multiple PPD files containing the correct translations strings for
each UI option.
That said, we can of course support this extension, but this is not a defect.
