MRU->OD: take my attached sample. There, just go to the putline settings and
apply "HeadingSuper" to Level 1, Heading 1 to level 2, Heading 2 to level 3
Heading 3 to level 4 and confirm dialog. though the heading paragraphs seem to
be in th correct level, the numbering is not correctly updated.
