I reopend issue 94132, as QA seems to missunderstand the functions in dispute,
aswell as the neccessity of being free from data-loss just be using "allowed"
functions ( ctrl-A / ctrl-C / ctrl-V )
well, in here it is about the enhencement to make OO.o more verbose for a "I can
not do that".
so issue 94132 needed to be re-opened for make clear, that cell-copy is defect
too.
