Some enterprises restrict very much the space of the Windows per user area ( =
SHGetFolderPath(CSIDL_APPDATA)) because the user profile is mirrored to a file
server. After having installed OpenOffice there are constant warnings of Windows
that the profile data is full, because OpenOffice needs space in the application
data area. In the company I work per user profile space is restricted to 15M, so
effectivly I cannot use OpenOffice.

OpenOffice should provide an easy way (via the Gui in application settings) or
in a config file to move all application data to another place. Right now you
can change 8 of the 14 per user paths OpenOffice uses individually. There should
be a way to change the toplevel C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org to another path.
