------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Sep 23 12:50:58 +0000 2008 ------- I want to create an Alphabetic Index from the scientific terms in my thesis. For my scientific terms, a new character style has been created for my thesis called "Scientific term". This character style has been used for all my English scientific terms throuhout my thesis. These terms appear in italics in my thesis. In order to create an Alphabetic Index from these scientific terms I have to turn them into "Index Entries". For this, I need an enhancement in the option in Insert > Index&Tables > Entry. It has to be able to convert all text that has the character style "Scientific Term" to Index Entries. This function is currently unavailable in Writer 2.4 and 3.0beta. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
