------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Sep 25 05:00:24 +0000 2008 ------- Hi the Support Team, I have successfully installed the OpenOffice.org 2.4 for Mac OS. However, I am having the following problems: 1.When navigating to Tool > Option > OpenOffice.org, the Online Update Automatically feature is invisible/unavailable. I understand that it may be that during the installation of OpenOffice.org, the Online Update module/extension didn't install. I didn't select customize installation. How can I resolve this issue? How to install the online update automatically module? Where can I download this extension - online update automatically module for the OpenOffice 2.4 for Mac OS. It appears this defect was resolved in previous release. I have tried to research for answer but I couldn't find. I apologize for any inconvenience. I truly appreciate for the great assistance to resolve this issue. Indeed, thank you for making this product free for the community. This is the great essence to whole community. -Indaba OpenOffice user --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
