Yes, I would also name it a duplicate of issue 11167.
As a workaround, you could used the AND and OR from the Tools.Catalog (there use
Symbol set "Special"). The XOR can be added as a user defined symbol. All this
can be used together with the "oper %or x" e.g. if needed.
