I have noticed this issue several times with various documents. I think it
needs some priority as any time something makes the application freeze up as
badly as this, it should be addressed even if it is just to reject the document
the user is attempting to open. If the problem document were rejected, the rest
of the session would likely still be accessible. The way it is now, even
recovery will crash, and any previously open document edits will be lost.
