Started testtool "locally" and with fully qualified path.
In both cases the icons look ok (Breakpoints as red dot, tiny arrows on Mac for
expandable tree, a plus on Linux). Annoying: The Testtool identifies as
"OpenOffice.org" in both the Tray and its title on Mac. Another issue then.
