"It's a pain in the arse to have to click through slides when not viewing a
slide show "properly", what with the scrolling around and the squiggly
underlines to highlight "spelling errors", and the text box frames, and Click
here to add text, etc.

In scenarios where one wants to revise lecture slides, a "View Slide Show
(windowed)" would be pretty useful so I could use the rest of my screen."

"Going to to Slide Show -> Slide Show Settings and change type from Default to
Window indeed fixes the issue but it would be nice if there was a way to do it
without having to change the settings permanently. I.e. hold shift whilst
clicking "View Show" or pressing F5."

Thanks,
