It's not longer a problem! I've found out, that you should create not only an
"user.dic" but also a suitable "user.aff" file with affixes. You can just copy
such an .aff file from a proper dictionary (with the same language) offered in
the OOo-Package and put it to "...\Programs\OpenOffice.org 2.4\share\dict\ooo"
as well. - Now OOo should work!
Because I haven't had such a problem in the Program Versions before (just a new
own "user.dic" was enough), I guess there must be a change within the source
code respectively functionality of OOo 2.4.0.
