I have made it in a full UTF-8 environment (a recent Linux distribution). Unfortunately, the documentation doesn't mention, that C locale is better (or the good) for word list sorting: LC_ALL=C sort mnwords >mnwords.sorted affixcompress mnwords.sorted Now the dictionary consists of only 40 thousand words.
