Original problem of sseppala is solved.
Problem of thijsj9:
The situation in this text document is that the paragraph styles "Heading 1" and
"Heading 2" are assigned to list level 1 respectively 2 of the outline style
(menu Tools - Outline Numbering) and also have list style "Numbering 1" set.
It has been decided for OOo 2.1 that this is not a consistent situation - a
paragraph style can only be assigned to the outline style and applying it as its
list style OR have an own list style set. Such documents can no longer been
created since OOo 2.1.
I think it do not make sense to introduce code into OOo 3.1 or later to again
allow such inconsistent situation. Thus, I decided to resolve this issue as
WONTFIX
