------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Oct 6 06:32:40 +0000 2008 ------- I am a Test Lead and I use Power point regularly in my daily work. I was investigating Issue #91673 where I found the following steps. 1. Start Impress, create the default blank presentation. 2. Click the Rectangle button on the drawing toolbar. 3. Draw a rectangle that is zero units high and one unit wide, or vice versa. It should look like a short line. Steps 3 caught my attention, how can a rectangle have one of its sides with zero length? I tried this on Impress and found that a rectangle with zero length side can be created. I checked the same functionality in Powerpoint. Power point never allowed me to have a square or rectangle with a side of zero length. I think we should restrict the sides of rectangle / square from having zero length. My observations are made on OpenOffice (Impress) OOO300m5 (Build : 9350) on windows XP Professional OS.
