------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Oct 6 07:03:43 +0000 2008 ------- If you look at Apple's UI Guidelines section referenced in the URL field of this bug, you will see that they distinguish two styles of extending a selection: the Addition Model and the Fixed-Point Model. The standard on the Mac is the Addition Model, and the Fixed-Point Model is very un-Mac-like.
