Fixed but maybe confusable.
You need to know in which locale your desktop works. If the desktop has a
English locale you can type 'true' or 'false'.
In a German locale you have to type 'wahr' or 'falsch'. In a German local 'true'
will result in 'falsch', because in German the word 'true' doesn't exists
therefore the result is false.
If unsure, type '1' (true) or '0' (false).
This is tested on an English Windows with an English office but the Windows
desktop use the German locale.
The SQL Statement will no longer build with the String out of the text field,
but with the 'EffectiveValue' which will convert in java to Boolean then to
String which result in 'true' or 'false'.
