Re 2 and 3:
Increased the preferred frame rate to 50 frames per second. This value is
returned by SlideShowImpl::update() (in slideshow). Decreased minimum frame
length in SlideshowImpl::updateHdl (in sd) to 10ms so that the higher frame rate
is really used.
The minimum number of frames now depends on the duration of an animation and a
minimum frame rate of 10 frames per second.
