Ouch, the text was underlined and this has escaped me. But this also means
that the change (in my larger document) must have been repeatedly at a later
stage of the writing. Maybe indeed when I pasted the bits in with the middle
button.
I just rated me down and leave this for later to become clearly reproducible.
Some mouse-over indication of the text being hidden would nevertheless have
beeen helpful.
