2008 -------
When redeciding how chapter numbering should look like, I changed the number
types and styles assigned to the individual levels. After pressing [OK], the
changes had not been applied to existing headings with a number already applied
from the previous definition. Only when I double-clicked the style the paragraph
(heading) already had, the new definition was applied. That is somewhat
labour-intensive and not what the user expects to happen.
