2005 -------
- open the attached "Czech.csv" in Calc, with encoding "Unicode (UTF-8)"
- open an arbitrary database
- In the spreadsheet, select the range A1:B85
- Edit|Copy
- in the DB document, choose Edit|Paste
=> the "copy table" wizard opens, guiding you through the creation of a new 
table
- chose all the defaults in the wizard
- open the newly created table
=> the Czech characters have not been copied properly.

When pasting the same data into Writer/Web, everything is fine, so I assume this
is not a problem of Calc putting the wrong data into the clupboard, but of Base
incorrectly reading it.
