------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 31 06:05:24 -0800 2005 ------- - open the attached "Czech.csv" in Calc, with encoding "Unicode (UTF-8)" - open an arbitrary database - In the spreadsheet, select the range A1:B85 - Edit|Copy - in the DB document, choose Edit|Paste => the "copy table" wizard opens, guiding you through the creation of a new table - chose all the defaults in the wizard - open the newly created table => the Czech characters have not been copied properly. When pasting the same data into Writer/Web, everything is fine, so I assume this is not a problem of Calc putting the wrong data into the clupboard, but of Base incorrectly reading it. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
