2008 -------
open Open Office Writer. Create new document (ctrl+N), start wright Arabic 
words  
fill Four or Five lines. 
Select all text (Ctrl+A) open the fonts menu in the tool par and Select 
"Traditional Arabic". Again in the tool par open the Font Sizes menu and select 
26 as example. And then set the alignment of the text to Justify (Ctrl+J).

It will be justified but some words will be broken. You will find gap between 
character and next one to it while it should be joined\contacted.

That appear for me in "Traditional Arabic" font only.
