------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Oct 16 08:10:05 +0000 2008 ------- The navigation keys including backspace, home, etc. in Writer ( only, the rest of the OO apps work fine ) do not work in any OO3 versions ( beta1, rc1 and final ). I recently redid my machine and it was working fine before; the only difference is I'm using JFS as the file system now instead of EXT3. The problem only exists inside the editing window - menu navigation works normally with the cursor keys. 2.4.1 on the current system works properly. Based on previous reports of file locking issues on NFS, I've commented out the file locking options in soffice and moved both OO and the settings directory to an ext3 partition without any success. I've also tried removing the users settings directory.
